Shipping Locations: Worldwide 

Shipping Timeline: Our indicated shipping timeline is an estimate of the number of days your order will take to arrive from the ship date indicated at checkout, and it excludes weekends, holidays, and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (such as weather, volume, traffic, etc.).

Delivery Options: If you need to change the delivery option, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests, as we work hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

In-Stock or Shipping Later Pieces: If your order includes in-stock or shipping later pieces, the dispatch date may change. Please check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.

Splitting Orders: If the estimated dispatch dates for your order are more than 7 days apart, we may need to split your order (applicable for Canada and US only).

Shipping Fees: The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable.

Customs Duties and Service Fees: For deliveries outside of the US and Canada, additional customs duties and service fees may apply. Please note that we do not have any control over these fees and cannot advise you on the cost, as they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that we are unable to reimburse you for any duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing Haylo Collections for your jewelry needs. We are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases, and we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Our return and exchange policy is outlined below:

Exchanges for Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please email us at info@haylocollections.com within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know about the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including providing a full exchange of the product. Please note that we only accept exchanges for damaged goods that have not been worn. All returns must be in their original packaging and include any accessories that were included with the product.

Non-Returnable Policy: Please note that we do not accept returns for Haylo Collections items.
